本文根据临床阴虚型冠心病者的表现,设计了一些指标对麦冬的养阴作用作进一步的实验探讨。结果表明:麦冬对正常家兔有降低血浆纤维蛋白原含量,降低红细胞电泳率,抑制血小板聚集,提高血浆中6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-Keto-PGF_(1α))的含量,增加PGI_2/TXA_2的比率,降低血清甘油三酯和尿中3-甲氧-4-羟扁桃酸(VMA)的含量,这些作用可认为是麦冬养阴作用的一些药理基础,对防止血管内血栓形成,动脉粥样硬化是有益的,这表明麦冬对防治阴虚病人,特别是那些有冠心病、脑血栓栓塞症的患者可能有利。
According to the clinical manifestations of Yin deficiency coronary heart disease, this article designed some indicators to further explore the role of Ophiopogon japonicus. The results showed that: Ophiopogon japonicus can reduce the plasma fibrinogen content, reduce the electrophoresis rate of red blood cells, inhibit platelet aggregation, and increase the plasma 6-keto-prostaglandin F_(1α) (6-Keto-PGF_(1α)) Content, increase the ratio of PGI_2/TXA_2, reduce serum triglyceride and urinary 3-methoxy-4-hydroxymandelic acid (VMA) content, these effects can be considered as some of the pharmacological basis of Ophiopogon uptake, to prevent Intravascular thrombosis and atherosclerosis are beneficial, suggesting that Ophiopogon may be beneficial in preventing and treating yin deficiency patients, especially those with coronary heart disease or cerebral thromboembolism.
