如今,在平阴县农信社各营业网点,农民排队还贷已不是一件新鲜事,许多农民宁肯借钱归还农信社到期贷款,也不愿让贷款逾期,失信于农信社。据调查,目前平阴县农信社95％以上的贷户能够主动到柜台还贷,农户贷款到期还贷率高达98％,利息收回率达100％。平阴县农民的还贷积极性为何如此高涨?探究其原因有三:
