随着经济体制改革的不断深入,社会主义市场经济体系的建立,职工的思想、观念、生产和生活方式都发生了很大变化。在这个变化过程中,各级工会组织在党委的领导下,与有关部门密切合作,做了大量的思想政治工作。工会作为群众组织,它所做的思想政治工作和整个工会工作一样,要关心全局,服务中心,发挥特色。做好“四个寓教”于多种多样的群众活动之中,就体现了工会思想政治工作的特色。
With the continuous deepening of economic restructuring and the establishment of a socialist market economy, great changes have taken place in the thinking, concepts, production and life style of workers. In this process of change, under the leadership of the party committees and at all levels, the trade union organizations at all levels have worked closely with the relevant departments and have done a great deal of ideological and political work. As a mass organization, the trade union as its ideological and political work and the entire trade union work, it is necessary to care about the overall situation, service centers and characteristics. Doing a good job of “four edutainments” in a wide variety of mass activities embodies the characteristics of the ideological and political work of trade unions.
