借用清泽的一套已知基因鉴别品种和日本的4个鉴别菌系和普感品种丽江新团黑谷、北方稻区推广品种中花9号及其致病性菌系Zh2-1,对云南地方粳稻品种勐旺谷-1和大白糯进行抗病基因分析。通过基因的等位性测定及被测品种与鉴别品种对菌系Zh2-1反应的比较,又根据抗病基因的复等位性,推断勐旺谷-1具有两对未知基因,一对可能是Pi-ta位点上新的复等位基因,大白糯的两对基因属新位点的未知基因。
Borrowing a set of known genetic identification of Qingze and japonica four identification strains and universal varieties Lijiang Xinqu Hei Valley, northern rice varieties Zhonghua 9 and its pathogenic bacteria Zh2-1, Disease Resistance Gene Analysis of Yunnan Local Japonica Rice Varieties Mengwang Valley - 1 and Da Bai - wax. Through the allelic determination of the gene and comparison of the tested varieties with the identified varieties on the reaction of the strain Zh2-1, according to the complex allelicity of the disease-resistance genes, it is inferred that there are two pairs of unknown genes in Mengwangu-1, Is a new complex allele at the Pi-ta locus. Two pairs of genes of Da Bai-Nuo are unknown genes in the new locus.
