通过扫描电镜、金相组织和硬度测试等方法分析了35Cr Mo锻钢曲轴的断裂原因。结果表明,曲轴断裂的主要原因是原材料存在重大冶金缺陷,组织中存在大量缩松、氧化物夹杂和少量气孔。其次,曲轴的过渡圆角未按图纸加工,导致应力集中,最终引起了曲轴的断裂。
The fracture reason of 35Cr Mo forged steel crankshaft was analyzed by SEM, microstructure and hardness test. The results show that the main reason of the crankshaft fracture is the existence of major metallurgical defects in the raw materials, and there is a large amount of shrinkage, oxide inclusions and a few of pores in the structure. Second, the fillet of the crankshaft was not machined according to the drawing, resulting in stress concentration that eventually caused the crankshaft to break.
