[目的]建立大体积进样电导检测离子色谱法测定包装饮用水中痕量亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐的分析方法。[方法]采用Dionex Ionpac AS19高容量分析柱,以不同浓度的氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,进样体积为500μL,测定样品中的亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐含量。[结果]亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐分别在0~66μg/L和0~100μg/L浓度范围内,呈现良好的线性关系,两者的相关系数分别为0.999 7和0.999 8,检出限分别为0.13μg/L和0.24μg/L;亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐在3种浓度测定的回收率分别为88.2%~106.1%和91.1%~100.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~4.5%和0.5%~4.4%。[结论]该方法操作简单、环保、准确度和精密度好,可应用于包装饮用水中痕量亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐的测定。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of trace nitrite and bromate in packaged drinking water by ion-chromatography with large volume conductivity detection. [Method] The Dionex Ionpac AS19 high-capacity analytical column was used. With different concentrations of potassium hydroxide solution as eluent, the injection volume was 500 μL. The contents of nitrite and bromate in the samples were determined. [Result] The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between nitrite and bromate in the range of 0 ~ 66μg / L and 0 ~ 100μg / L respectively, the correlation coefficients were 0.999 7 and 0.999 8, respectively. The detection limits were respectively (0.13μg / L and 0.24μg / L). The recoveries of nitrite and bromate were 88.2% -106.1% and 91.1% -100.4%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.4% 4.5% and 0.5% ~ 4.4%. [Conclusion] The method was simple, environmental friendly, accurate and precise, and could be applied to the determination of trace nitrite and bromate in packaged drinking water.
