有多种血液病可经牌切除而得到一定的临床疗效,其中以原发性血小板减少性紫癜效果较好.但不同的血液病差异很大.兹将华山医院近十年间因血液病住院而行脾切除的病人进行分析报道如下. 临床资料我院自1975年7月～1985年3月经诊断为血液病行脾切除者31例;男性12例,女性19例,平均年龄31.2岁,病种以原发性血小板减少性紫癜最多,计17例,自身免疫性溶血性贫血4例,再生障碍性贫血3例,脾恶性淋巴瘤2例,何杰金氏病2例,遗传性球形红细胞增多症2例,慢性粒细胞性白血病和恶性组织细胞增多症各1例.其中有1例同时患有血小板减少性紫癜和何杰金氏病.各病种的临床资料分述如下:
