网络计划方法自20世纪60年代传入中国后,在生产中得到了应用,它符合工程施工的要求,特别适用于施工的组织与管理,从国内外的情况看,应用这种方法最多的是工程施工单位。目前我国在网络计划技术的理论水平与应用方面相差无几,但在应用管理上,特别是计划执行中的监督与控制以及跟踪调整方面比较落后,基本上停留在计划的编制上。如何在施工管理中提高网络计划技术的应用水平是本文所要讨论的问题.
The network planning method has been applied in production since it was introduced to China in the 1960s. It meets the requirements of engineering construction and is especially suitable for the organization and management of construction. According to the situation at home and abroad, the most applied method is Construction unit. At present, the theoretical level and application of network planning technology are almost the same in our country. However, in application management, especially in the monitoring and control of planning implementation and follow-up adjustment, we are basically lagging behind in the compilation of the plan. How to improve the application of network planning technology in construction management is the issue to be discussed in this article.
