目的 应用临床视觉电生理的方法对屈光不正性弱视眼视野各部位的视功能的损害进行探讨。方法 采用德国 Roland公司的 RETIscan3.1 5多焦视觉电生理仪 ,选用 Pattern- L T刺激方式 ,刺激图形选用 CRT Combs,由 6 1个六边形组成 ,每个六边形内均由黑白相间的小区填充 ,在刺激时作黑白翻转 ,每个六边形的刺激翻转分别由一个二极伪随机时间序列 (m序列 )控制 ,是随机和相互独立的 ,用 RETI多焦电生理仪的分析软件提取 FOK(一阶反应 )。共记录和分析了 36例屈光不正性弱视儿童 72眼 ,并与正常对照组儿童作比较。结果 弱视眼 N1 - P1 波振幅密度平均值和P1 - N2 波振幅平均值较正常组儿童在中央视野有下降 ,周边部分无明显异常 ,P1 波潜伏期平均值与正常对照组儿童比较在视野各部分无明显异常。结论 屈光不正性弱视眼在中央视野 ,部分视功能下降
Objective To investigate the impairment of visual function in various parts of the visual field of ametropia amblyopia by clinical visual electrophysiological methods. Methods The RETIscan3.1 5 multi-focal visual electrophysiology instrument of Roland Company of Germany was used. Pattern-LT stimulation method was used to stimulate the selection of CRT Combs, which consisted of 6 1 hexagons. Each hexagon consisted of black and white Cell filling, black and white flip in stimulus, flip flops of each hexagon are controlled by a diode pseudo-random time series (m-sequence), are random and independent, with RETI multi-focal electrophysiological analysis software Extract FOK (first-order reaction). Thirty-six eyes of 36 children with ametropia amblyopia were recorded and analyzed, and compared with the normal control group. Results The amplitude of N1 - P1 wave amplitude and the average amplitude of P1 - N2 wave in amblyopic eyes were lower than those in the normal group in the central visual field. There was no obvious abnormality in the periphery. The average latency of P1 wave in children with visual acuity No obvious abnormalities. Conclusion Refractive amblyopia in central vision, partial decline in visual function
