黄花龙胆(Gentiana lutea)的有性繁殖因变异性大受到限制而通常的无性繁殖又是不可能的。在其他物种中已成功地应用微型繁殖。分生组织的顶端(茎尖和1~4原茎,0.2~0.4mm),腋芽(0.3~0.6mm),枝条顶端(1.5~6mm),在用5%NaOCl处理45min进行表面消毒并转移到改良的MS培养基上,内含0.5mg/L BAP,93%的外植体没有被微生物污染。污染的频率与外植体原先的大小及位置无关。
Gentiana lutea (Sextiana lutea) due to the large limitations of sexual reproduction and the usual asexual reproduction is impossible. Micropropagation has been successfully applied to other species. The tops of the meristems (stem tips and 1 to 4 stems, 0.2 to 0.4 mm), axillary buds (0.3 to 0.6 mm) and shoot tips (1.5 to 6 mm) were surface sterilized after treatment with 5% NaOCl for 45 min and transferred to Modified MS medium containing 0.5 mg / L BAP, 93% of the explants were not contaminated by microorganisms. The frequency of contamination has nothing to do with the original size and location of explants.
