自“十一五”规划纲要首次提出五大经济区概念后,近日,四川省首次印发《成都平原经济区“十三五”发展规划》等五大经济区发展规划。系列规划围绕区情特点和发展潜力,提出战略指引和发展重点,为各经济区明确了发展目标和战略定位,其中,成都平原经济区将建设全面创新改革试验的先导区等,川南经济区将建设多中心城市群一体化发展试验区和国家重要的先进制造业基地等。
Since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan first proposed the concept of the five major economic zones, Sichuan Province recently issued the first five economic zones such as the “Chengdu Plain Economic Zone” and the “Thirteen Five” Development Plan. Based on the characteristics and development potentials of the district, the series of plans put forward the strategic guidelines and key points for development and set clear development goals and strategic positioning for the various economic zones.
