光学仪器受潮长霉,会影响仪器本身的性能及其使用效果,甚至完全丧失使用能力.光学零件生霉,主要是由于微生物孢子进入仪器内部生长繁殖的结果.光学零件表面的霉菌是空气中大量存在的曲霉和青霉.仪器防霉的方法有以下几种:1.空气去湿法:用空气去湿机除去空气中的水分,以降低空气的相对湿度.此法的效果取决于仪器库密封的程度,即切断库外湿源的程度.2.紫外线杀霉法:在有限空间内,紫外线可使空气产生有杀霉能力的臭氧.将仪器置于玻璃柜内,开启紫外灯熏烘,时间可稍长些,以使臭氧能进入仪器内部.同时玻璃柜又可遮挡紫外线对人体的损害.仪器库内亦可按装数盏紫外灯杀菌.有的单位在用紫外灯熏仪器之前,先用红外灯烘烤仪器,如同在阳光下暴晒一样,容易造成脱胶、流油,使水油雾沾附于光学部件表面,故不妥.3.药物杀霉法:用对-硝基苯甲醛和对-硝基氯苯混合
