本文研究了大豆56个DNA限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)标记在一栽培大豆/半野生大豆杂种F2群体中的分离。结果表明,25%的RFLP标记表现了偏分离,偏离的方向主要趋于栽培大豆亲本,其形成原因主要是存在着配子体选择。这对研究大豆的遗传及育种选择等有着重要的指导意义。
In this paper, we studied the isolation of 56 DNA restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) markers of soybean in F2 populations of a cultivated soybean / semi-wild soybean hybrid. The results showed that 25% of the RFLP markers showed partial segregation, and the direction of deviation mainly tended to cultivate soybean parents. The main reason for the formation of the RFLP markers was the existence of the gametophyte selection. This study of soybean genetic and breeding choices have an important guiding significance.
