一、概况合成氨一段转化炉采用高铬高镍钢(Cr25Ni20)炉管,损伤很多。本文主要总结我厂自77年以来炉管损坏的情况,并归纳我厂炉管检测的经验和判废方法。我厂一段转化炉有120根φ127×12×14160mm炉管,炉管双排居于炉膛正中,采用侧壁平火焰烧嘴从两侧加热。该炉自77年投用至84年5月全部更换新管,损耗炉管168根,炉管平均寿命30461小时。历年来炉管损坏情况如表1所示。从表1中可以看出,后三年炉管损坏量占56%,说明炉管在恶劣的条件下投运时间越长损坏越显著。二、炉管损坏原因浅析(一)工艺操作问题炉管产生局部过热,是导致破损的主要因素,我厂炉管在过热以后,一般不到一个
