自国务院出台《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》(以下简称《医改意见》)和《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的实施方案》(以下简称《实施方案》)以来,医改工作总体进展顺利。各地一方面贯彻落实医改政策,一方面结合实际、大胆创新,探索出很多好的做法和经验,例如安徽省在实施基本药物制度过程中,趟出了一条基层医疗卫生机构综合改革(以下简称综合改革)的路子,值得借鉴。
Since the State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System (hereinafter referred to as the “Medical Reform Opinions”) and the “Implementation Plan on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System” (hereinafter referred to as “Implementation Plan”), the medical reform overall progressed smoothly.
