目的探讨健康教育对社区老年人糖尿病知识知晓情况的影响。方法将264例社区居民组织起来进行糖尿病知识的讲座,发放糖尿病健康教育处方,让其对糖尿病知识有更进一步的认识。组织不良行为干预讲座、社区内张贴宣传画等普及糖尿病知识。结果健康教育前后在糖尿病病因、临床表现、正常血糖值、治疗方法、糖尿病患者的饮食、运动方式及重要性、并发症种类及防治掌握方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展健康促进活动提高了社区老年人糖尿病知识的知晓率,对防治糖尿病具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the influence of health education on the community diabetes awareness in the elderly. Methods A total of 264 community residents were organized to give lectures on diabetes knowledge and distributed prescriptions of diabetes health education so that they could get a better understanding of diabetes knowledge. Organizational misconduct intervention lectures, community posters and other popular popularization of diabetes knowledge. Results Before and after health education in diabetic etiology, clinical manifestations, normal blood glucose levels, treatment methods, diet, exercise patterns and importance of diabetic patients, complications and prevention and control were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Carrying out health promotion activities to improve the awareness of diabetes knowledge in the community is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus.
