目的:观察奈替米星治疗肺部感染的临床疗效及其副反应。方法:89例确诊为肺部感染的住院患者给予奈替米星300mg加入5％葡萄糖溶液或0.9％生理盐水溶液500ml中静脉滴注,每日1次,连续7～14天。结果:临床疗效总有效率为75.9％;对各种致病菌感染细菌学疗效总有效率为79.5％;对各种致病菌感染细菌清除率为77.3％。不良反应发生率为4.5％。结论:奈替米星是一种值得推广应用的新氨基糖甙类抗生素。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of netilmicin in the treatment of pulmonary infection. Methods: 89 hospitalized patients diagnosed as pulmonary infection were given netilmicin 300mg by adding 5% glucose solution or 0.9% saline solution 500ml intravenously once daily for 7 ~ 14 days. Results: The total effective rate of clinical efficacy was 75.9%. The total effective rate of bacteriological efficacy on various pathogenic bacteria was 79.5%. The clearance rate of bacteria to various pathogenic bacteria was 77.3%. The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.5%. Conclusion: Netilmicin is a new aminoglycoside antibiotic worthy of promotion.
