目的探讨海尔福对铅中毒小鼠治疗作用。方法将40只健康昆明小白鼠随机分为染铅组、治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组,每组10只,分别予醋酸铅染毒、海尔福治疗及空白对照,观察各组小鼠有关指标的变化情况。结果 (1)染铅组小鼠肝组织有明显的病理学改变;两个治疗组小鼠肝组织病理学变化有所改善,且治疗2组改善更为明显。(2)染铅组小鼠血清ALT水平明显升高(P<0.01)、外周血Hb含量明显降低(P<0.01);两个治疗组小鼠血清ALT水平较对照组亦明显升高(P<0.01),而Hb含量较染铅组有所提高,但仍明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。(3)染铅组小鼠肝组织中铅含量较其他三组均明显升高(P<0.01),两个治疗组小鼠肝组织中铅含量较染铅组明显降低(P<0.01),但仍显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论海尔福溶液对铅所致的肝和血液毒性有治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Haier Fu on lead poisoning mice. Methods Forty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into lead group, treatment group 1, treatment group 2 and control group, with 10 rats in each group. Lead poisoning, Haifu Fu treatment and blank control were performed respectively. Indicator changes. Results (1) The histopathological changes of liver tissue in the lead-exposed mice were obvious. The pathological changes in the liver of the two treatment groups were improved, and the improvement in the two groups was more obvious. (2) Serum ALT level was significantly increased in lead-exposed mice (P <0.01), and Hb level in peripheral blood was significantly decreased (P <0.01). ALT levels in both treatment groups were significantly increased as compared with those in control group (P <0.01), while Hb content was higher than that of lead group, but still lower than that of control group (P <0.01). (3) Lead levels in the liver of lead-exposed mice were significantly higher than those in the other three groups (P <0.01). The levels of lead in the liver of the two treatment groups were significantly lower than those in the lead-exposed group (P <0.01) But still significantly higher than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Healifu solution has a therapeutic effect on liver and hematological toxicity caused by lead.
