随着我国交通行业不断的发展,使其高速公路的建设也逐渐的增加,同时也有效的促进了国家社会经济的发展;而对于该项目的经济评价,主要是指如何利用有限的财务经济,使其高速公路充分的发挥最大的经济价值;所以离不开对于评价指标的选择、理解运算以及功工程造价的评估,从而准确的计算出投资和措施。对此本文就高速公路建设项目经济评价研究,结合财务评价、国民经济评价以及经济后评价等相关理论进行分析,并提出相关的见解,希望对于国家交通行业的发展有积极促进的作用。
With the continuous development of China’s transportation industry, the construction of expressways has gradually increased, and the social and economic development of the country has also been effectively promoted. However, the economic evaluation of this project mainly refers to how to make use of the limited financial economy, So that the expressway can fully exert its maximum economic value. Therefore, it is inseparable from the selection of evaluation indexes, the understanding of operation and the assessment of the construction cost, so as to accurately calculate the investment and measures. In this paper, the highway construction project economic evaluation research, combined with financial evaluation, national economic evaluation and post-economic evaluation and other related theories to analyze and put forward relevant opinions, hoping for the development of the national transportation industry has a positive role in promoting.
