《巴音郭楞日报》是1960年12月1日创刊的(其前身最早可以追溯到1953年),期间几经周折,三落三起。1986年1月1日,《巴音郭楞日报》正式面向全国公开发行。无论是从最早的周三刊4开4版,还是到现在的周六刊24版至32版,报社的评报工作自创刊之日起一直坚持到今天。期间,评报形式从全体采编人员集体评报,到编委评报、专家评报,到各部门主任、考评员、编委联合评报,进行了不断变革,使评报工作逐步走向规范化,并促进了《巴音郭楞日报》质量的提高。多年的工作实践使我们认识到,做好评报工作必须重视以下几个方面。

And promoted the improvement of the quality of “Bayinoluoerren Daily”. Many years of work practice have made us realize that we must pay attention to the following aspects in doing well the evaluation work.
