在经济快速发展的时代浪潮下,社会对我国水力发电企业提出了诸多要求。思想政治工作的普及是目前面临的首要问题,在发电企业变革中如何加强企业员工职业道德建设,是提高和发展员工的精神文明和物质文明建设的关键问题。基于此,本文主要针对水力发电企业员工职业道德建设的加强措施进行了探讨。
Under the tide of the rapid economic development, society has put forward many requirements for hydropower enterprises in China. The popularization of ideological and political work is the primary issue nowadays. How to strengthen the construction of employees’ professional ethics during the reform of power generation enterprises is the key issue to enhance and develop the spiritual civilization and material civilization of employees. Based on this, this paper mainly discusses the measures to strengthen the construction of employees’ professional ethics in hydropower enterprises.
