使用UG建立了平面分模四拐小曲轴的锻件三维CAD模型,使用DEFORM模拟了曲轴终锻工步成形过程,分析了坯料在模具型腔中的填充情况以及摩擦条件对成形的影响。模拟结果显示,在终锻工步成形过程中,坯料与模具接触很好,没有折叠和充不满等锻件缺陷,得到的曲轴锻件满足工艺要求,说明设计的终锻模具是可行的。
The three-dimensional CAD model of forging for four-crank small crankshaft is established using UG. The forming process of crankshaft final forging step is simulated by DEFORM. The filling of blank in mold cavity and the influence of friction condition on forming are analyzed. The simulation results show that during the final forging process, the contact between the billet and the mold is very good, there is no forging defects such as folding and dissatisfaction, and the obtained crankshaft forgings meet the technical requirements, indicating that the final forging die is feasible.
