共青团组织的一个重要作用就是建设共青团文化,通过共青团文化的建设带动企业文化发展,企业文化的发展推动企业向更加和谐的方向发展,最终促进和谐社会的构建。这是共青团组织在新时期履行自身职责的重大作为,具有重要的意义。为此文章提出要以青年为本,坚持先进导向,倡导和谐新风,通过文化育人培养“四有”接班人,以引领辐射和带动社会和谐。
An important function of the Communist Youth League is to build the culture of the Communist Youth League, promote the development of the corporate culture through the building of the Communist Youth League culture, promote the development of corporate culture and promote the development of a harmonious society, and ultimately promote the construction of a harmonious society.
