甲状腺激素与细胞生长发育密切相关,血清甲状腺激素浓度异常并非甲状腺疾病所特有,我们在临床上发现某些恶性血液病患者T_3、T_4水平异常,故对219例不同类型恶性血液病患者血清甲状腺素水平变化进行了初步分析,旨在探讨其变化与疾病发展的关系。现报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 检测对象:219例均为住院病人,其中急性非淋巴细胞白血病69例,急性淋巴细胞白血病31例,慢性粒细胞白血病59例,多发性骨髓瘤25例,淋巴瘤35例(其中霍奇金病11例,非霍奇金淋巴瘤24例)。男131例,女88例,年龄12~59岁,
Thyroid hormones are closely related to cell growth and development. Abnormal serum thyroid hormone concentrations are not specific to thyroid diseases. We found clinically abnormal levels of T_3 and T_4 in certain hematological malignancies. Therefore, serum thyroxine levels in 219 patients with different types of hematologic malignancies were found. A preliminary analysis of changes in levels was conducted to explore the relationship between changes and disease development.
