JT Costman is a Senior Advisor and Research Director at Metrus Group, an organization research and management consulting firm based in Somerville, New Jersey. His primary focus is strategic change and high performance. Costeman specializes in the development, implementation and measurement of human resources strategies to improve productivity and quality. Received a doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from New York City University. William A. Sherman is the CEO and founder of the Metrus Group. He received his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from University of Illinois at Chicago and is co-author of “Nonsense Measuring Strategic Indicators.”
