相同品种54个基点的小麦籽粒蛋白质含量与21个生态因子逐步回归统计结果表明:小麦籽粒蛋白质含量与土壤质地、土壤速效氮含量呈正相关,与冬前降水、开花期降水、土壤速效磷含量呈负相关。土壤有机质含量在1.5%以下,小麦蛋白质含量随土壤有机质含量增加而增高。半干旱地区小麦籽粒必需氨基酸占蛋白质的比例高于半湿润区;必需氨基酸占蛋白质的比例,以褐土区最高,塿土区最低,此与塿上处于湿凉的阴坡有关。
