行业性强的大学专业如何构建适应性创新型人才培养机制是一个长期的课题,国内外同类院校优秀的思路与做法,可以提供有益的借鉴。本文以美国俄克拉荷马州立大学地质学专业为主要研究对象,调研了美国地质学专业的教学组织方式和培养机制。总而言之,多层次和开放的课程体系、互动式的教学方式、多样化的考核和评价制度、自主和严格的研究生培养制度是其最主要的特色和优势。国内地质类行业性大学不仅要从培养理念、培养模式上进行调整和完善,在授课方式、艺术以及学生自主性的激发等方面,也需要进行不断借鉴和探索。
It is a long-term issue how to build an adaptive and innovative personnel training mechanism for the industry-oriented university majors. The outstanding ideas and practices of similar institutions at home and abroad can provide useful reference. In this paper, the geology major of Oklahoma State University in the United States is the main research object, and the teaching organization and training mechanism of American geology specialty are investigated. All in all, the multi-level and open curriculum system, interactive teaching methods, a variety of assessment and evaluation system, independent and strict graduate education system is its most important feature and advantage. The domestic university of geology industry should not only adjust and perfect its training concept and training mode, but also need to make continuous reference and exploration in the teaching mode, art and the stimulation of student autonomy.
