2008年初的南方冰雪灾害对社会的生产、生活乃至社会心理均产生了巨大的影响。在恢复重建的过程中,我们不仅要关注灾害影响的经济维度,也要关注灾害影响的社会维度。唯有如此,我们才能最大限度地减小灾害带来的负面影响,汲取经验与教训,进一步提升社会的应急管理水平,促进社会的和谐发展。
The snow disaster in the south of early 2008 has had a huge impact on social production, life and even social psychology. In the process of restoration and reconstruction, we should not only pay attention to the economic dimension of the disaster impact, but also pay attention to the social dimension of the disaster impact. Only in this way can we minimize the negative impact of disasters and learn from our experience and lessons so as to further raise the level of emergency management in our society and promote the harmonious development of society.
