通过对某选矿厂采取不同防尘措施后移动布料区域粉尘浓度的测试及超标原因分析,探讨整改后的防尘措施效果。选取某选矿厂移动布料车皮带,于2013年4—5月在开启除尘器+洒水、开启除尘器+不洒水、关闭除尘器+不洒水3种状态下进行现场效果对比分析与评价。结果显示,在开启除尘器+洒水状态下所测粉尘浓度(浓度范围为0.47~4.77mg/m3)明显低于其他两种状态下粉尘浓度(浓度范围分别为0.67~14.87和9.73~82.93mg/m3)。提示,使用开启除尘器+洒水综合降尘措施可有效降低作业场所空气中粉尘浓度。
Through a dressing plant to take different dust control measures after the dust concentration in the mobile cloth area of the test and analysis of reasons for excessive dust to discuss the effect of the rectification. The results showed that the measured dust concentration (0.47 ~ 4.77mg / m3) was significantly lower than that of the other two conditions (the concentration ranges were 0.67 ~ 14.87 and 9.73 ~ 82.93mg / m3). Tip, the use of open dust collector + sprinkler integrated dust reduction measures can effectively reduce the concentration of dust in the workplace air.
