病例摘要男,25天。以发热3天,抽搐3次、全身出血点1天为主诉入院。父母非近亲结婚,母孕期健康,无药物及射线接触史。其兄于出生后两月时出现发热伴血小板减少,5个月死亡。体检:体温38℃,体重3600g,轻度贫血貌,面部、躯干、双大腿内侧均可见散在针尖大出血点。心肺未见异常,肝脏肋下5cm,剑突下3.5cm,脾脏肋下5cm,甲乙线6.5cm,甲戊线6.5cm,丁戊线-3.5cm。实验室检查:肝功,表面抗原均为(-),血清蛋白电泳:A67.2%,α2.4%,β6.0%γ20.3%,
