一、全省财产保险的基本情况黑龙江财产保险公司的前身是黑龙江人保公司,根据国务院、人民银行总行的规定,1996年8月份进行了体制改革,机构分设,成立了中保财产保险黑龙江省分公司.1.全省机构和人员情况全省有13个市地分公司,3349人,67个县支公司,76个城区支公司.省公司领导班子5人。全省职工中处级干部143人,高级职称65人,占职工1.9%;中级职称961人,占全体职工29%;代办点531个,专职代办员1007人,兼职代办员293人.分业经营以后,财产保险公司业务总量占原人保公司的70%.财产公司的机构健全,服务网络遍布全省城乡.
