可以说,班主任对于小学生来说具有干部和教师的双重身份,是小学教师队伍当中重要的部分。小学班主任不但是小学生日常管理及学习教育的组织者及实施者,同时也是开展小学日常管理的主要力量。由于我国近几年来,小学学校不断的整合资源,化零为整,以及信息技术的高速发展,这就要求我们小学班主任老师根据现在小学的实际情况,采取对应的措施。因此,在小学班主任的日常工作中,班主任应当努力的成为小学生人生导师及知心的朋友,健全他们的价值观与世界观。
