重视人的全面发展,重视学生健康、完整人格的培养、使个性得到充分发展,是当今世界各国教育现代化的重要目标和共同趋向。把素质教育目标落实到班级管理中,就是要创造宽松、和谐、民主、平等的学习环境和氛围,注重对学生个性的培养。笔者认为,在班级管理中注重个性教育,努力发展学生个性,已经成为必须思考和解决的问题。正确加强学生个性教育,能极大地促进学生的健康成长、人格健全。
Paying attention to the all-round development of human beings, attaching importance to the cultivation of students’ health and complete personality, and fully developing individuality are the important goals and common trends in educational modernization in all countries of the world today. The implementation of the goal of quality education in class management is to create a relaxed, harmonious, democratic and equal learning environment and atmosphere, focusing on the cultivation of student personality. I believe that focusing on personality education in class management, and efforts to develop student personality, has become a problem that must be thought and solved. Correctly strengthening individual education of students can greatly promote the healthy growth of students and their personality.
