北京市统计局公布的数据显示,2008年1-5月,北京市住宅销售面积同比下降48.8%,降幅比一季度扩大0.9个百分点。其中,期房下降46.2%,现房下降49.5%。住宅销售套数同比2007年减少2123套。新建住宅销售价格同比上涨15.7%,涨幅比上月回落0.4个百分点;环比上涨0.5%。这一成绩虽然比刚刚度过的“黑色”4月好,但是也乐观不到哪儿去。从分析数据不难看出,5月份销售业绩的增长主要得益于90平方米以下小户型销售套数和销售价格的提升。楼市整体颓势并未改观。
