灭活疫苗与活疫苗通常所用的疫苗有两类:一是灭活疫苗,即把微生物培养物用物理和化学方法杀死而制成。二是减毒活疫苗,即将有毒力的微生物用人工定向变异的方法使其毒力减低,或从自然界筛选出来的弱毒或无毒微生物制成活疫苗。
Inactivated vaccines and live vaccines are commonly used in two types of vaccines: one is an inactivated vaccine, that is, the microbial culture is physically and chemically killed. Second, live attenuated vaccine, the imminent virulence of microorganisms with artificial directional mutation method to reduce their virulence, or from nature screening of the attenuated or non-toxic microbes into live vaccine.
