在准备好的原生混凝土集料的基础上,在实验室配制高、中、低3种强度等级的原生混凝土,经人工破碎、筛分后制得再生混凝土粗、细集料,然后分别对原生混凝土粗、细集料和再生混凝土粗、细集料进行比较研究。结果表明:原生混凝土粗、细集料与再生混凝土粗、细集料之间性质差异较大,但是,在原材料相同的情况下,由配合比不同的原生混凝土破碎后所得到的不同再生混凝土之间性质差异却很小,这对于在地震灾后重建工作中有效地控制再生混凝土集料及由此配制的再生混凝土的质量波动是非常有意义的。
On the basis of the prepared primary concrete aggregates, three types of primary concrete with high, medium and low levels of strength are prepared in the laboratory. The coarse and fine aggregates of the recycled concrete are obtained after being artificially crushed and sieved. Then, Concrete coarse, fine aggregate and recycled concrete coarse, fine aggregate for comparative study. The results show that the properties of rough and fine aggregates of primary concrete and recycled concrete are quite different from those of coarse and fine aggregates. However, under the same raw materials, different recycled concrete obtained by crushing primary concrete with different mix proportions This is of great significance to effectively control the mass fluctuations of recycled aggregate and the recycled concrete formulated therefrom during the post-earthquake reconstruction.
