[目的]了解本院医务人员手卫生执行情况,以提高医务人员手卫生的自觉性与规范性,减少医院感染的发生。[方法]对本院各科室洗手设施、工作人员洗手依从性、干手方式等进行随机调查,并进行统计分析。[结果]水龙头配备合格74个(93.67%),干手设施配备合格37个(94.87%);103名医务人员中未规范洗手者37人(35.92%),其中41名医生中未规范洗手者27人(65.85%),诊间未洗手者26人(66.67%),接触病人体液等后未洗手者3人(50%),无菌操作前后未洗手者6人(22.22%);干手方式不正确者27人(40.91%)。[结论]工作人员对手卫生预防医院感染认识不足,自我保护意识较强,保护病人意识较差。
[Objective] To understand the implementation of hand hygiene of medical staff in our hospital so as to improve the consciousness and regulation of hand hygiene of medical staff and reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection. [Method] Randomly investigate the hand-washing facilities, the staff’s hand-washing compliance and the hand-dry method in all departments of our hospital and carry out statistical analysis. [Results] 74 (93.67%) faucets were qualified and 37 (94.87%) were dry-hand facilities; 37 (35.92%) did not regulate the handwashing among the 103 medical staffs, of whom 41 were not standardized 27 patients (65.85%), 26 patients (66.67%) who did not wash hands in the consultation room, 3 persons (50%) who did not wash their hands after touching the patient’s body fluid and 6 persons (22.22%) who did not wash hands before and after aseptic operation; 27 people were incorrect ways (40.91%). [Conclusion] The staff did not know enough to prevent nosocomial infection in hand hygiene, and had a strong sense of self-protection to protect patients.
