目的 探讨新生儿脐血内皮素 ( ET)和一氧化氮 ( NO)在窒息缺氧后的变化及其与 1分钟 Apgar评分的关系。方法 用放免法测定 ET;硝酸根还原酶法结合 Griess试剂测定 NO的稳定代谢产物 NO- 2 / NO3- 含量。对 15例窒息新生儿和 2 4例正常孕妇的正常新生儿进行了测定。结果 窒息组脐血 ET含量明显高于及 NO- 2 / NO3-含量明显低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。ET含量与 1分钟 Apgar评分无明显相关 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,NO- 2 / NO3- 含量与 1分钟 Apgar评分明显相关( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 ET的升高、NO的降低参与了新生儿窒息的病理损害过程
Objective To investigate the changes of neonatal cord blood endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) after asphyxia and hypoxia, and its relationship with 1 minute Apgar score. Methods ET was determined by radioimmunoassay. NO-2 / NO3- content of NO was detected by nitrate reductase combined with Griess reagent. Normal neonates with 15 asphyxiated newborns and 24 normal pregnant women were tested. Results In asphyxia group, the content of ET in umbilical blood was significantly higher and the content of NO-2 / NO3- was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between ET content and Apgar score at 1 minute (P <0.05). NO 2 / NO 3 - content was significantly correlated with Apgar score at 1 minute (P> 0.05). Conclusions The increase of ET and the decrease of NO are involved in the pathogenesis of neonatal asphyxia
