随着我国经济体制的改革,乡镇水泥制品企业星罗棋布,充满生机,为建材工业的发展作出了贡献。但是,从目前的现状看,普遍存在着装备简陋、工艺落后、情报不灵、人才奇缺、管理混乱的状况,而且产品品种单调、质量低劣、积压滞销。因此,目前面临的主要任务,是依靠技术进步,提高产品质量,开发新型建材。
With the reform of our country’s economic system, the township cement products enterprises are dotted and full of vitality, which has contributed to the development of building materials industry. However, judging from the current status quo, there are widespread situations of poorly equipped equipment, backward technology, ineffective intelligence, scarce talents, and disorganized management. Moreover, product varieties are monotonous, of poor quality, and have a backlog of unsalable sales. Therefore, the main task currently facing is to rely on technological progress, improve product quality, and develop new building materials.
