膝关节创伤性滑膜炎是临床常见的骨科疾病,是关节滑膜受到急性创伤或慢性劳损刺激后产生的非感染性炎症反应,出现关节肿胀、疼痛、活动受限等临床症状,如膝关节脱位、髌骨骨折、侧副韧带断裂等均可引起滑膜的损伤而产生外伤性滑膜炎~([1])。祖国医学认为该病属于“痹症”、“鹤膝风”等范畴。笔者采用中西医结合的方法治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎,能够有效缓解症状并有较好的远期疗效,现报道如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料
