本文主要介绍用于黑白显象管自动生产线(国外引进线)的Cr16Ni14无磁不锈钢的磁性和机械性能的研究结果。试验表明,Cr16Ni14钢的磁性、机械性能及晶粒组织与变形率及固溶制度有密切的关系。研究得出了最佳的变形率为18—20%(1/4硬态)和>65%(硬态),固溶制度为940~1000℃,1~1.5min。当冷变形率>30%时,磁导率将超过规定指标值。但是,经过固溶处理后,就能使磁性降低,磁导率达到规定指标(μ<1.263×10~(-6)6H/m)。
This article mainly introduces the research results of the magnetic and mechanical properties of Cr16Ni14 non-magnetic stainless steel for automatic production line of black and white picture tubes (imported lines abroad). Experiments show that, Cr16Ni14 steel magnetic, mechanical properties and grain structure and deformation rate and the solution system are closely related. The results show that the best deformation rate is 18-20% (1/4 hard) and> 65% (hard), and the solution system is 940 ~ 1000 ℃, 1 ~ 1.5min. When the cold deformation rate> 30%, the permeability will exceed the specified index value. However, after solution treatment, the magnetism can be reduced and the permeability can reach the specified index (μ <1.263 × 10 -6 6H / m).
