炉内耐火材料质量的好坏是垃圾焚烧炉是否能长周期、满负荷安全生产的关键,特别是垃圾焚烧炉两侧墙下部,因垃圾焚烧产生挥发性的气体、熔融物、飞灰、飞渣等,所以要求耐火材料具有良好的耐磨、耐蚀、抗渣、抗氧化等性能.当前,国内外用于垃圾焚烧炉的耐火材料通常是碳化硅挠注料,该浇注料是以碳化硅颗粒为骨料,再结合低水泥微粉制成.该浇注料在实际使用和施工中存在不足,主要表现在以下几个方面:
