加强机关效能建设是落实科学发展观的重要举措。加强机关效能建设要坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,促进社会进一步和谐发展。加强机关效能建设应加强机关人员的道德修养;依法行政,完善各项管理制度;投入必要的资金,建立和完善电子政务系统;建立健全行政效能监察体系。
Strengthening organ effectiveness construction is an important measure to implement the scientific concept of development. To enhance the efficiency construction of institutions, we must adhere to the important thought of “Three Represents” and guide the further harmonious social development. To strengthen the efficiency construction of institutions, we should strengthen the moral training of personnel in the institutions; administer according to law and improve various management systems; invest the necessary funds to establish and perfect the e-government system; and establish and perfect the system of administrative efficiency monitoring.
