目的:探讨以责任制护理为核心的优质护理在骨科病房中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年1月~2016年1月在在永康市第二人民医院骨科接受治疗的368例患者,按照随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组则在对照组的基础上采取以责任制护理为核心的优质护理,比较不同护理模式在骨科病房护理工作质量指标评分及两组患者疾病相关专业知识掌握率、并发症发生率、患者满意度及医师满意度。结果:观察组在基础护理、专科护理、护理安全、病房管理及患者病情掌握情况评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疾病相关专业知识掌握率、患者满意度及医师满意度均显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以责任制护理为核心的优质护理不仅提高房护理工作质量,还能提升患者疾病相关专业知识掌握率、满意度、医师满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective: To explore the application of quality nursing care in the orthopedic ward based on responsible nursing. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016, 368 patients admitted to the orthopedics department of the Second People’s Hospital of Yongkang City were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method. The control group received traditional nursing mode. Observation group On the basis of the control group, we took the high-quality nursing care with responsibility as the core, and compared the scores of nursing quality in orthopedic ward with different nursing models and the knowledge of disease-related professional knowledge, complication rate, patient satisfaction and physician Satisfaction. Results: The observation group was significantly better than the control group in basic nursing, specialist nursing, nursing safety, ward management and patients’ condition grading (P <0.05). Observation group disease-related professional knowledge, patient satisfaction and physician satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group, the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high quality nursing care with responsibility system as the core not only improves the quality of house nursing work, but also improves the mastery rate, satisfaction and physician satisfaction of disease-related professional knowledge and reduces the incidence of complications.
