目的：探讨社区护理应用在老年骨质疏松性骨折中的干预效果。方法按照随机数字法将90例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者分为2组，对照组40例实施常规护理，研究组50例在对照组基础上加用社区护理干预，对比两组效果。结果研究组各项指标均优于对照组，<0.05。结论社区护理干预应用在老年骨质疏松性骨折患者中有不错效果，可明显改善患者骨密度与生活质量，值得推广。“,”Objective To investigate the community nursing intervention effect of application in senile osteoporosis fracture.Methods According to the random number method,90 patients with senile osteoporosis fracture can be divided into two groups,control group 40 cases of routine nursing,the team based on 50 cases in the control group used the community nursing intervention,compared two groups of results.Results The team all the indexes were superior to control group, <0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention in patients with senile osteoporosis fracture has good effect,can significantly improve patients with bone density and quality of life,is worth promoting.
