我公司三工区在广西屯秋铁矿开掘斜巷(倾角8~15°)施工中,采用电耙扒碴,每进一茬炮都用圆木做稳固尾绳梁。由于斜巷断面大,需要使用长3米多、直径300毫米的圆木横梁才能承受压力,每次打这样的横梁,不仅劳动强度大、费工时多,而且在松动岩石上容易脱落,影响生产。我工区广大工人和广西大学学员为了解决这个问题,采用圆钢与钢丝绳配合做尾绳稳固装置,装入预先打好的斜巷上部炮孔内稳固电耙尾轮。这个装置于1975年8月使用获得成功,深受广大工人的欢迎。
In the construction of inclined roadways (dip angle of 8 ~ 15 °) in Tuenchiu Iron Mine in Guangxi Sanli District of our company, electric rakes are used for scraping ballast. Each successive crop uses round logs to make a steady tail rope beam. Due to the large inclined section, the need to use more than 3 meters long, 300 mm diameter wood beams to withstand the pressure, each hit such a beam, not only labor-intensive, time-consuming and more, and easy to fall off on loose rocks, affecting production . In order to solve this problem, the majority of workers in our work area and students from Guangxi University used the round ropes and wire ropes to cooperate with the tail rope stabilizing device, and installed the pre-punched fixed-angle harrow tail wheel in the upper part of the inclined lane. This device was used successfully in August 1975 and was well received by the workers.
