通过分析巷道金属支架的腐蚀形态、机理、特点,采用选材和涂层的防腐措施。在模拟井下介质溶液中运用塔菲尔直线外推法测定金属的腐蚀速度,运用恒定电位法测定出其阳极极化曲线,选出制造金属支架的A3 、45 Mn、20 MnSiTi 材料中耐蚀性最佳材料为20 MnSiTi,在20 MnSiTi 上进行电弧喷锌、喷锌封闭、磷化、磷化封闭、涂漆等工艺处理。通过盐雾试验、浸泡试验、失重法选出喷锌耐蚀最佳厚度为0.20m m 和耐蚀性最佳工艺为喷锌封闭处理。
