职业院校技能大赛是我国职业学校、甚至大学内部选拔人才的一种方式,很多技术能手从技能比赛中脱颖而出。大赛检验了职业院校的教学成果,同时展示了职业院校学生的专业技能、非专业的职业态度,体现了学生既有专业知识,又有拓展能力和实际操作能力的综合素养。笔者作为一名中等职业学校教师,连续多年带领学生参加市、省级职业院校技能大赛和全国职业院校技能大赛,经笔者指导过的学生在技能大赛中多次取得优异的成绩。现在此谈谈技能大赛如何为我校电子专业教学指明了方向。一、改革的思路(一)准确定位,坚持培养技术应用型人才、服务
Vocational College Skills Competition is a way of selecting talents in vocational schools and even in universities. Many technical experts stand out from skills competitions. The contest examines the teaching achievements of vocational colleges and shows the professional skills of non-professional students in vocational colleges. It reflects the comprehensive qualities of students with both professional knowledge and ability to expand and practice. As a secondary vocational school teacher, I lead the students to participate in the municipal and provincial vocational college skill competitions and the national vocational colleges skill competition for many years. The students who have been instructed by the author have made many outstanding achievements in the skill competitions.
