基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术,设计仿真了一种无通孔LTCC带通滤波器,该滤波器采用单层平行耦合微带线代替传统叠层电感,通过外部端电极互联各电路层,实现无通孔设计。根据仿真结果,采用LTCC工艺制备了0805封装尺寸的无通孔带通滤波器。结果表明:测量结果与仿真数据基本相符,滤波器中心频率为2.45 GHz。该滤波器适用于日益小型化的移动通信设备。
Based on the low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology, a through-hole LTCC band-pass filter is designed and simulated. The single-layer parallel coupled microstrip line is used instead of the traditional laminated inductor, and the circuit layers are interconnected through the external terminal electrodes. No through-hole design. According to the simulation results, a zero pass bandpass filter of 0805 package size was fabricated by LTCC process. The results show that the measured results are in good agreement with the simulated data and the center frequency of the filter is 2.45 GHz. The filter is suitable for increasingly smaller mobile communication devices.
