为了满足俄罗斯经济复苏、铁路运量增长的需要,俄罗斯铁路控股公司制定了一个大规模采购现代机车以取代其老龄化机车车队的计划。文中介绍了俄罗斯铁路在今后五年内将从本国的运输机械制造集团公司获得交付的2400多节新型机车的主要设计特点和技术参数,同时还简要介绍了俄罗斯开展天然气机车的开发研究和俄罗斯铁路工业部门与国外大公司在机车制造领域开展合作的有关情况。
In order to meet the needs of Russia’s economic recovery and the growth of railway traffic, the Russian railway holding company has formulated a plan to procure large-scale modern locomotives to replace its aging locomotive fleet. This paper introduces the main design features and technical parameters of over 2,400 new locomotives to be delivered by the Russian Railways from its own transport machinery manufacturing group in the coming five years. It also introduces the research and development of natural gas locomotives in Russia and the development of the Russian railway industry Department and large foreign companies in the field of motorcycle manufacturing cooperation in the situation.
